About this site

Landscaping Quotes is a website operated by JR Digital Services (ABN 15 677 761 787). When you request a quote, your enquiry is handled by an independent licensed landscaping provider who carries out any work. JR Digital Services does not itself perform landscaping work and does not warrant the work performed.

What we provide

We provide a way to request a landscaping quote. We do not guarantee the response time or the price quoted. Any contract for landscaping work is entered into directly between you and the provider who carries out the work.

Service provider relationship

The landscaping provider is an independent contractor. We do not employ them, do not direct their work, and are not responsible for their performance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this website is limited to AUD $100. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
